Building Maintenance Supervisor
Building maintenance supervisors are responsible for supervising building maintenance for a given company. They are in charge of overseeing all cleaning, repairs, and facilities equipment updating and ensuring it is completed on time. They also supervise maintenance staff on a daily basis to verify progress and correct completion of maintenance duties.
These individuals must possess great communication skills to interact with and motivate maintenance workers. They identify areas of improvement and escalate issues as needed, and regularly report their progress to their company's building maintenance owner.
